Camera Operator for the Civics Bee at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce

As a freelance AV technician and camera operator, I supported live event videography for the Civics Bee, held at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Washington, D.C. This event, which promotes civic education and engagement among middle school students, is part of a national initiative culminating in the 2024 National Civics Bee Championship.

During the event, I operated a principal camera, capturing high-quality footage of speakers, panelists, and student participants. Working alongside the AV production team, I ensured seamless execution of camera cues and contributed to a smooth live experience for both in-person attendees and virtual viewers.

This project highlights my expertise in live event camera operation, technical AV support, and freelance event production—particularly for civic and educational events in high-profile venues.
